I think it took my roomate about 50 hours to finish TOS...and he did a good amount of side quests. But FW, it really took you six weeks to beat Skies? Hehe...I've gotten it down to an art now. The last time I played it (my 5th time through), it only took me three days...but I still logged 32 hrs. You may think obsessive (and it probably was now that I think back to it), but I love the game too much to stop replaying it!

with everything ToS should take about 80-100
for the SoA it should take the same amount of time for everything

80 hours is about correct as you need to play the game twice before u can trully say u have beaten it and the another 3 or 4 to do every thing eles like get every skit all titles complete monster log book etc
