i dont think they let you have online only items from normal offline in + but i could be wrong

i think your right, but i bought it and the only difference is four new quests, one on ep1 and the rest on ep2

Well... it would allow those of us who are clinically insane (or have massive amounts of free time) to go hunting in the Control Towers for those rares with horrible, horrible drop rates...
Other than that, we get Seat of the Heart (without the Ragol Ring, grr!), and Central Dome Fire Swirl. I think that's all the new ones... CDFS opens after clearing From the Depths.

There are several new Challenge Mode prizes I believe. That's about it for weapons, most unfortunately.

did they add the quest where you use the photon drops to get stuff like add slots, red barriers, blue-black stone, heart key, ect?
and did any drop rates change?

thats called gallons shop, and not if those are the only 4 new quests
(they should have done like 10 new ones... or even beter all of them till now)
