The Indian Ocean Tsunami - Sesshomaru - 03-01-2005 WOW......I've been checking out some of the figures of the tsunami and how it was started. The earthquake that started the tsunami rated in at an amazing 9 on the ricter.........thats a extremely enormous earthquake. The power of the Tsunami was estimated in at about 5 metatonnes of TNT. Which is close to 2 times the destructive power of World War II. The Tsunami was considered to be only used about 1/4 of the actual force of the Earthquake. Its just amazing the destructive capabilities of nature.
