I think that a select few legits should make chars, level them up to 80 and FSOD/NOL every damned hacker in the main hacker blocks.

Simple, with Vega 01 and 02 gone, they feel empty inside, like a drug den that's been closed down they need another fix of something, and vandalism is at the upper limit of their intelligence.
Also, when they've been bad wittle kiddies and their Mum's won't let them play on their comuters, they will need something to do, and it takes a few days for a local council to replace the glass in a bus shelter, once it's been vandalised by these little twirps.

Its not ALL DEAD the Vega 01 and Vega 02 still has the lobby so its about 3/4 dead... :-D

I've actually noticed an influx of people from Altair 4 into Altair 7 over the last few days. I logged in only to see people like FINGaZ in the lobby that a lot of us over at boards.sega.com/pso/ use. It's insane! I'm personally not going anywhere near either of those blocks for now. I don't feel like losing anything!!!
