Nicely done man, I tried piping on stand alone not the quests. and its hard especially if u get the time when only 2 hildes show up on the whole map.

It's weird. Sometimes you're just lucky that way. I dunno, this instance would certainly support BTT, considering that I found two 'torrs the first day, and then the two in the picture the next day, at about the same time (if any BTT-believers want to try, they all happened between 490 and 550). Go figure... Tongue

Wow, congrats on the find. When i got my own FS i had piped for about 20 mins, the torr showed up and i started blasting it and the hildelts with the justys special attack(hp halver thing).
On friday my FS will become a snow queen=)....and then i will get myself a new FS Tongue

if you were piping the four hildelts it would take about, 128 pipes, or about 1 hour. you were just unlucky

what does the snow queen do that makes it better than the frozen shooter?

From what I hear, it always freezes, has a chance of freezing you, and it only fires one time in a "combo." The latter is why I don't want it (that and the fact that it requires 45 PD's to get the Photon Booster); I don't really care about the freezing because I have a cure/freeze, but... I couldn't stand a one-combo gun, really. Although it's supposed to be good for rangers who want to be support... but then again, the FS works almost as well. When I went online the other day, I played a couple games with my RAmar and the FS was very helpful (although trying to play PW1 was a mistake Tongue

But it pierces, making it possible to freeze several targets with one bullet -- usually from 3 to 5.
Just know in which areas you should use FS or SQ.

IMPORTANT NOTE: do not turn a FS in to a SQ if the former does not have at least 30% hit for RAmarl/RAmar or 40-50% hit for RAcast/RAcaseal.

The FS can freeze you too? Yeah, I thought that was the first thing I heard. I kinda forgot since I have the Cure/Freeze equipped full-time.

As for PW1: Heh, maybe it would be if you had 3 or 4 people. It was just me and a HUmar who was in the 120's (IIRC). There were way more enemies than I expected... I had to stick to the FS for most of it (tried the spread needle, but the damage I could do was crap). We kinda called it quits at the time when the three Gibbles came down at once and knocked the crap out of us. Tongue

why do you need so much hit? that has to be really hard to find
