Yea, at my school they have a great animating program called fireworks or micromedia firework or something like that. And theres always adobe photoshop biut the costs de moneys. Sucks I know. There are a lot of animating programs out there. Once I find a good free one I'll tell you cause I'm looking for one too. I'll PM you with it once I do.
