I think i found the best quest for piping heldtors/hildeblues and nar lileys/mil lileys I think the ttf quest is prety good especially for lilelys because you get like 6or7 in a room in the caves.

TTF won't work for piping because its online. waterfall tears also has 9 lillies you can pipe at once.

yeah you have to beat all the normal quests before you get CFS and what happened to you interests me im gonna try it out

i tried it again and it took my ramar only five pipes to find a hildeltorr and another star amplifier. i think that place is lucky
