The point is they're aren't legit. He could have 23,000 kills, I'll give you that. But even with a 195 power mag, I don't think he could even equip a SJS at that lv.

so you could equip it at lv 1 and get the 23,000 kills before level 35, its just very difficult and unlikely that anyone would or could actually do it. getting the double cannon is another story...
and people here don't want to trade for hacks.
