No. To unlock Ruins you have to hit the pillars. If you don't then a wall appears in the doorway to Ruins and you can't get past until you hit the pillars.

im sry dec but i have to say it, ur wrong, i dont think it matters in multiplayer, cuz me and my friend were in the 2nd ruins til he left, i remember it, Deminians, So Deminions, La Daminiens, Chaos Master, Delsabers, ummm big dumbass robots

so wut ur saying is, if i hit the pillars in the first 3, i can go there whenever i want in any difficulty, or do i have to do it in all of the difficulties.
also can i unlock it in multi mode? or only online and single?

u have 2 do it 4 each mode

I think to play at a higher level in multi-player at least one player must have reached that level in single mode.

LOL multy mode is like online u can alwas have norm all players must be abuve 20 and at lest one plaer has to have unloked it in singol going on with 40 for vary hard and 80 for ult (when u r playing on line u just need the lvols.)

so multi mode all u need is to be lvl 20, thats not right, cuz im lvl 26 and cant, or single mode unlocks it only cept for online lvls, ok i get it now.
multimode u need sum1 to do it in single, and online u need lvls
