Don't even use a General Battle, once you have a GodBattle usually from a Hidelt for some IDs replace it if you already have a GeneralBattle. In my opinion no GeneralItems are decent, I would prefer God or General's successor (usually Devil, Metal, Ogre, Elf). There are only General, Devil, and God Battles. And yes, Olga Flow is last episode II boss and is the toughest enemy in the entire two episodes.
