ive found an item, can't remember what but it was special, anyways it had 10%,25%,50%,0%, and 5% hit.

nothing impressive for me, i believe my best percent is either my red hand gun or final impact (don't know which one) it has 30% a. beast and 20% hit.

my highest and my all round is my agry fist 60%native 30% everything else including hit. since then i havent gotten a single rare with percentages higher than 5

lol as for non-rares, if you beat vhard ruins I think you'll be able to get some pretty high percent weapons (probably not hit though), that's how I got my two 85%+ weapons. or maybe that's just my luck that vhard Falz gave me those weapons, I don't know. it's not exactly confirmed so yeah, it's probably just luck.

Dark Falz never drops me any good weapons..only armor and frames with 3 and 4 slots. My luck is good
