The games is only online, it was updated in server. The addons they put them on sale like expansions. You only have buy a future expansion. If you buy this game, you can move for the entire world, and use all spells.
I have played the beta and in spite of not being finished absolutely you can accede where you want .
The game this developed by old members of blizzard and what they want is to make competition to wow .
This game has sold already of 500,000 of copies in the USA in pre-sale.

Ah indeed, Blizzard did good job in Starcraft and Diablo, never palyed Warcraft though, this game might be good
