Indi Belra, not Dark Belra. Ultimate Mode: A Buster will barely scratch it. They're very slightly faster when they fire their arms... sorry, did I say "slightly"? I meant "much". They hardly let you get near.
Amielle, at Lv 105+, could deal with them in melee... but that was in Temple...

Vulcans or anyother Rare Mechgun will put them in their place.
