So I'm trying to decide between the Harisen Battle Fan or the Toy Hammer. Although the Wok of Akiko's Shop is tempting, but I don't really like Daggers for my HUnewearl.

Wok of Akiko's Shop is not an offline Challenge mode S-Rank Prize. You're mistaking with Akiko's Wok, which is a Saber.
I strongly advise against Toy Hammer.
