im not going back to that quest anytime soon!! but i really like the idea of telling npcs what to do, and they do cast more than 1 tech- they do resta, theyre normal attack (say barta) and gibarta...

He is decent at taking the Gillchich lasers though. He was a slight help in my Holy Ray hunt, but he was also a slight hinderance at times.

The most useless NPC ever has to be Ash in "From the Depths" cause he has either stag cutlery or twin brand, and thats all he has going for him, no resta or anti or attack spells.

Every time I meet up with Ash in 'From the Depths,' he immediately gets Paralysed by the Dark Belra in the room you find him.
Also, there is one NPC in the game with a mag...
