I booted it up in firefox and got the weird bar, then I tried IE and it was fine. I usually use firefox, So it looks like a compatibility issue with that browser. This probably dosen't really need resolving.

Yha, it seems fine for me also, it seems like the Firefox browser needs adjusting...perhaps Sol will fix it?

Its done that to me before.. i just assumed it was a blitch, and it is
