Sweet! Now just beat all the quests on ultimate. Isn't Ultimate when you finally find Rico? Ultimate is good to get, since you level up fast and there are greater chances of Photon Drops, Super Powerful Weapons, and Rares.

You never actually find rico, you just see her in the ending credits. There is no greater chance for PDs and there are better weapons but there arent always better drops for weapons.

You can see Rico in the Ultimate online or multiplayer after beating Falz.... But you need to be a really high level to do that. I think you do find PD's more commonly in Ultimate also (which is bad because it makes you think you're getting the rare weapon). There are increased rates for finding everything else the farther you go in the game, so PD's are probably included.
You definitely don't have better odds of getting rares, but the ones you do are alot better.

I always thought you got to fight Rico, but the best conclusion is that you get closer to her per difficulty level. Maybe, yes that's it! On ultimate, beat all the quests, then get to level 200. That's probably what ya have ta do. Then fight Dark Falz for the last time, for best effect with a legit weapon. I guess that's it.
