And can someone please post here what the bonuses are? I'm currently in .hack // OUTBREAK, about to go to the Quicksilver Valkerie place. Have I missed any bonuses?

I think you pretty much found all of the bonuses on Outbreak.

Here's what I've found (and believe to be a bonus):
- Item, M: Twin Blade
- Item, M: Heavy Axeman
- Item, M: Long Arm
- Wallpaper and people, Phantom of Nine
The items I found in DELTA Hidden Forbidden Holy Ground, and the Wallpaper in Dun Loireag. What else can I find and where?

kind of like that broken upside down dungeon in .hack//SIGN where they met Herold Horwick. Except in the game Herold's not there just a strong dungeon monster that you can only fight once.
