Which cube game you looked forward to disappointed you the most at launch? - Ivan - 25-07-2005 I remember the 30 paged thread on mario kart when project zero an old staff member was still around, I ended up getting bored after about a month or so, there really wasn't enough new stuff from the n64. The double player i thought would suck but it made the game a bit for strategic-like, which kept me entertained. A huge dissapointment was the new paper mario...im sorry its the only mario game i hate. Nintendo was on a roll with luigis mansion(Got originally with my cube) and mario sunshine. (You wouldn't believe what I did for that game), so this was a big dissapointment...good thing I only rented it. I really didn't want anything from the n64 mario on the cube...but it was ok..still a dissapointment. And elf, how DARE you criticize a starfox game I'll kick your ass! lol ![]() It was quicker than I'd have liked it to have been, especially after the long action packed starfox adventures...best starfox to date. Assualt had a story line, and answered some "questions" i had with fox and krystal which didn't look half bad in the game.
Which cube game you looked forward to disappointed you the most at launch? - PSO Paul - 25-07-2005 sorry but i have to agree with elf starfox is a cool game but the assult addition has let it down assult has a story life span of 1/4 of a day just not a good game in my books and dont try to say the survivel mode and time attack makes up for it its exactly the same as story the only good atribute is the multy mode option wich is the best part of the hole game
Which cube game you looked forward to disappointed you the most at launch? - PlaZMa S. #1 - 11-08-2005 Who agrees with me on PSO 3, and Pokemon Colluseum being dissipointments? Which cube game you looked forward to disappointed you the most at launch? - Faulkie - 11-08-2005 I liked PSO III - It was a good change, but pokémon collosseum! Ugh! That was terrible, even to a pokéfan like me! Luigi's mansion also disappointed me a lot, the whole concept, I think, is just dull. Which cube game you looked forward to disappointed you the most at launch? - K_I_R_E_E_K - 12-08-2005 all the games with super mario in the name. pso 3 it's cool. Which cube game you looked forward to disappointed you the most at launch? - Faulkie - 13-08-2005 How can you say that?! ...Unless of course you're counting the sports (Karting is NOT a sport! ), I didn't even bother playing them, but it seems they're going a bit overborad with them. I wouldn't know though, since I never played them.
Which cube game you looked forward to disappointed you the most at launch? - PlaZMa S. #1 - 13-08-2005 I think there running out of ideas for Mario (*looks at Super Mario Soccer*), I want an actual game. (also I dont hate PSO 3, I just dont like card based games). Which cube game you looked forward to disappointed you the most at launch? - Soengiac - 13-08-2005 The biggest dissappointment on the GC is MC Groovez dance craze. (it really is) the only thing there is on the game is an annoying backround (that never changes). all the songs are already unlocked. you have the option to dance in a circle or like on DDR. It has like 20 songs. The colors are really loud. the only thing that is really good about this game is the pad(because of the colors) the songs go all the way. and you can play with a circle. the dancing steps are crappy too. i was so dissappointed in this game, that i called the people that made it and told them to do it over again. they said stuff like. " well the game normaly got a 7 or 8'" i said "please." If anyone is a fan of DDR or dancing period, you would know what i mean. It makes me sick to know how much money i spent on it. :| Which cube game you looked forward to disappointed you the most at launch? - Soengiac - 13-08-2005 PlaZMa S. #1 Wrote:Who agrees with me on PSO 3, and Pokemon Colluseum being dissipointments? I have to agree with youon PSO 3. i saw PSO Ep. 3 in the store. i ran to it with spirt and 60$. i picked it up and looked at the title to make sure it was real. when it said " Card Revolution" i put it back and took my girlfriend out for dinner. Sorry, but if i wanted to play a card game, i would play spades. or Yugioh. or pokemon. or .hack. The biggest dissapointment was not that it was cards, but they switched from having a good battle mode and a based game formate and turned it into cards. youve got people moving around and fighting and stuff and they dont have to worry about the game being to cheap and your level is what you get and you dont have to worry about a weakling getting lucky and everyone is buying the game and falling in love with it and then whapow, next ep. everyone plays with cards. Thats like saying that i want Gatorade and they turn around a give you salt water. "here add alittle color flavoring to it and it will be just fine." PSO3. If it would have been cards from ep1 and 2, then mabe, but they changed the whole feel of the game. (for me atleast). Frankly my feelings were hurt. :'( Which cube game you looked forward to disappointed you the most at launch? - Faulkie - 13-08-2005 Quote:If it would have been cards from ep1 and 2, then mabeUm... they were... It's not like they invented new characters or monsters for it... |
