in portugal we have a problem....it has been clear allmost a year, it doesn't have rain (i mean real rain, not some drops) for a long time and we are with problems (low on water) to make the problem worse the fires in portugal are more common (doesn't rain).

Well, I don't know whether or not my case is the same as yours, but ... for me it seems like if it's a really sunny and warm day, I'm in a good and joyful mood simply because that's the type of weather I enjoy most; but if it's cloudy, rainy and/or overcast then I can be a little down.

I personally prefer grey, rainy days, not because I want everybody to look at me and say "Weirdo", but because I like to stay at home sometimes, and just relax.
