I think that Fireball would represent Rafoie more, but we'll add it anyway. How many? (Try to include the number in your first post, whilst adding the cards.)

Alright, let's not add any more colours - WBR looks alright. So, since we may need some mana fixing, I'm adding four Blood Celebrant to represent Dr. Osto and his experiments.

I don't know if it's relivant but a good combo is

1. Grip of amnessia
3 blue(i think)
counter target spell unless it's controller removes their gravyard from the game
Draw a card (A barta spell i think)

2. Mist of stagnation
2+3 blue(i think)
Permanets do not untap durring their controllers untap thase.
At the beggining of your unkeep you may untap x mainy permanets where X is the number of cards in your gravyard. ( Falz's mist thingy)

To slightly fix our mana base, I'll add four Scrubland for WB and the ability to toss it to the Lake of the Dead. This represents the Mountain area of Gal Da Val Island.

We'll add one Karakas to return the Spirit of the Night in case it would be destroyed, and we'll add four Life Burst to regain the life we pitch to the Blood Celebrant. We'll also add four Tundra Wolves for early attack.

Talex, I'd rather not add this combo since it's blue, and it would be difficult for us to link this with Phantasy Star. We could add this into an RMaD in the future.

We can still add 8 more creatures, sorceries, instants, artifacts or enchantments and 12 more lands.

I'm adding one Worldslayer to represent Elsydeon, the NeiSword.

My land suggestions include Badlands to again pitch to the Lakes, and some basic Swamps (which we don't need to explain or link to Phantasy Star).

We're nearly there for the first RMaD!

We'll say that Lava Spike represents Foie and add four.

Four more spells... And eight more lands after I add four Badlands which represent... something or other. Maybe some other parts of the Mountain area...
