sil dragon claw could perhaps be a higher droprate like 1/100ATP: 650-700

oh dear to you.
you have to have something like grants one is a no-go for the fomarl and megid one for fonewearl cus they have the highest boost in those areas of techs. nice ideas everyone keep it up.
