Yes... but bumping very old topics is also a bad thing if they've been gathering dust for several weeks. The person who originally posted usually has either disappeared or doesn't care or has already had their problem answered when threads are that old.

that's an exeption, there are lot's of topics that does not need pso requests or help, the rate avatar game, and stuff like that.

Yes, but those are made for consistency, they're not really a problem requiring an answer, they're merely statements that are repeated thousands upon thousands of times.
