aim for the middle panel when he appears on the computer, hit the middle pillar in the central part of the room,
attack the red popup thing, and you should beat him in no time

When vol opt traps you and targets you, it's for you to get a special prize so stand extra still and he'll give you a great big hug (with lasers :S)!

dont worry no more i have finally bet him
the place i went wrong was when he was behind the comuters i only used zonde not razonde
so a few days ago when i acuallly thought i snapped him like a twig
it was so easy and now iam taking on dark falz.

You'll have no worries with Falz. As long as you have more than 100HP you can't lose.
First form is weak against Zonde
Second form is weak against Barta.
Third form is weak against Foie.

Kinda old thread to respond to, but it looks to me like you're using a FOmar right?
Good call, that was my first experience too. As a FOmar, go into the fight against Falz with barta and shoot the spinner dealies with ice. Those with purple clouds are the ones to aim for (check the radar).
Next form, equip rabarta and gizonde (zonde can work, but gizonde will surely hit the target). rabarta the spinners when they overwhelm you and gizonde the actual monster. stay healed at all times.
when he goes to the next form, use barta again and chase him around that circle. if HIS left hand comes down on you, it's gonna try to freeze you. HIS right will burn ya.
In normal, that's the end and you'll finish.
Be aware that other difficulties have one more form wherein he's weak to Foie. Not a lot of strategy to that form except run in circles when he goes up high.

With a force, I nuked ruins at level 99 FOmarl, unfortunately I forgot to bring god/hp with me and went in with about 600-700 hp.
On the third form, megid isn't a problem neither's grants, it's the slash that got me every time. On ultimate (as I was doing at the time) the slash does way over 700 damage!
