think he's onabout the fat rappy there, those are definately not rare, agito wise it took me 42 mil lilies on GC, then 24 Pals on BB then a 2nd BB one in 6 pals

i have not seen any fat ones, but the chance is about 1/22 for a fat normal one and about 1/11264 for a fat rare one. they only appeer in ult mode.
