I heard froma friend that there is actually a way to unlock a chao garden in PSO! I will research some more on this, I know it has something to do with "the fake in yellow" quest, However, I dont know if this is true or not, I will look into it some more, when I find out, ill tell you all

Yeah you can get a rare tails mag by doing the GBA-Chao Garden thing i think.

^_^' errr yeah.
You get the mini game onto your game boy advance with the connecter thing.
Do the fake in yellow quest and at the end of it telepipe to pionner 2 and then go back to the place where you found the talking rappy.
There will be 3 rappys there and if you go into the corner where they are looking at and the boxes are and keep pressing A looking around there and you will have a cut sence where the music changes and a chao speaks junl saying that you can now download the chao mini game.
So go back to pionner two and near the quest section there will be a huge game boy advance.
Step on it and do the instructions and then you will be able to rase a chao on game boy advance although you can't save.
This chao is a special one though.
If you transfer it to "Sonic Adventure: Battle" You will have a chao that look the spitting image of tails (well a mini version).
He starts with 200 on each stat and he can never die because he is a chaos chao.
