I was looking at the drop charts ion the IGN site and they showed that Stag cutlery can be got from a guil shark in v.hard caves (i've been through v.hard caves and i DID get one) the chance was 1/427 in under the WHITILL I.D
EDIT: afetr another check it can also be found on the ORAN BLUEFULL and PURPLENUM I.D's at the same drop
