Visk, Wals and Justy aren't "legendary," it's just that most nine star rares say "legendary" on them... whereas in ultimate, most people couldn't GIVE them away. But if you were in hard or vhard, grats on finding it.
Take a look at the dropcharts dude, you can see how rare it is. It's really not that rare. :ermm:
I forgot to mention last night that I traded for a Red Amp and 2 PDs. I dug up a red barrier I had lying around and made a Red Merge for Aurora Flame. Also, I put a Sorcerer's Cane and Hildeblue's Cane on her, so... those things oughta hold my interest until I get her into Ult.

edit: i just found drain berdys 35 hit.

Actually, acording to all the dropcharts they're the same droprate, 1/901. I'm doing the beginning of Retired Hunter, so I can kill 8 Del-D's and 7 Merlans in around 7 minutes.
I did a few more runs today, and only found a couple of Bravaces and a Durandel from box's.

is 1 1/4 hours a lot for lvl 7-18? i have a team mate that got to lvl 100 in a week, im still not sure if thats fast or not.
im able to use my: Razonde 27, rabarta 27, and rafoie 29 now.

Well, how much did your teamate play? Also, just over a hour for 11 levels isn't that bad.
