Heres a simple way.
Sign up in Photobucket (its free!!), then add some pictures in your personal gallery.
In signiture, click on the IMG and put in the picture location like from Photobucket ( go to properties of the picture, highlight the address URL and paste it in text box) and there you go, your own picture signiture.

Yeah I tried the photobucket thing and it says I have to create an album...(frustrating) I guess I'm more computer illiterate than I thought

do what i do, make a webpage on freewebs put your picture (within size rules of course) onto your website then right click and select properties then copy the html code the go to your siggy settings then (alot of thens aren't there?) select the insert image button and paste the html into the space and select ok and there you go an image in your siggy hope that helps
