hey im goin after the dark flow n was wondern does it exsist cause some people say it doesnt but i believe it does so if u can plz tell me how n where to obtain the dark flow n the parts u have 2 combine 2 make it that would be helpful

You need a sword and olga flow DNA, the only place where it is currently obtainable is at schthack server (private server)
As for offline it is unobtainable, no matter what you do.

not even with a gameshark or other cheating device? i know that you can use one to generate items or w/e

Possibly, but it makes you illegit, and cheat devices are rather well-known for corrupting data.

Yeah, you can edit them in on a GameShark, but you can do anything on one of those.
