Vahn's like me, kinda whacky somtimes, somtimes forceful and serious. I'd hangout with the mods (well, not junon, lol.), Izzy, Ton, Zer0, Mini, you, the whole crew... oh, and serpent7. He'd live in the apartment i talked about, and avoid the cops. He would HATE the fuzz.
