Episode III could appear on Xbox, but alike what Serpent7 said, i suppose its upto whether Microsoft want to see the return of Phantasy Star Online on their console after the Xbox version wasn't as successful as they had probabily initially hoped. Also because of the Hunters Liscense system SEGA put into the game which meant Xbox Live subscribers had to pay for that service, aswell as a Hunters Liscense on top of that, just to play the game.

its something we all want.
but its costly. and another main bummer is stuff like hacking affects others badly.
although they havent managed to hack ep 3 yet.

It is costly, and there are few who are willing to pay for it all when they could buy the Gamecube version and pay less. Thats probabily the main incentive for the popularity of the GC version.

And the fact that there are more people playing on GC, which I guess is kind of ironic for XBOX...
