When i fought gol dragon and falz first time.
When i fought and even saw Lavos on chrono trigger.
When i saw how much damage i was doing to Black Tyrano on chrono trigger. (32 damage and he has 10000 hp)
When i got to the final boss on House of The Dead 3 with 1 health left.
When i had to fight the Balrog on The Lord Of The Rings Fellowship Of The Ring game.
Fighting Odoruwa on Majora's Mask.
Seeing Ganon (The big one) on Ocarina of Time.
When i first fought alexia ashford last battle on Resident Evil CV.
There's more but i don't remember.

Judgment has the right idea. Getting hit by a shell in Mario Kart at the last second is an "Oh, crap!" moment. Two others were in Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance when I defeated Ilvarra the Dark Elf Sorceress and she self-destructed and killed me, also in Ninja Gaiden when I beat the three dragons in Tairon and the Fiend attacked me. Needless to say, I was killed quickly.
