So we're looking at meaning 1 of robe and meaning 3 of dress. :S I'm not liking these definitions very much. I'll just say that the FOmars are very unique!

Ok then because the defs aren't very good, Lets come up with a new name for the ensemble that the FOmars wear.

I would say that the robe definition goes fine with FOmar.

Lets call it an elongated battle suit! lol, it goes well with all the Forces' slightly fruity appearance. Some look like dresses, some look like robes, but they all look like elongated batle suits. lol Wink

It has to be a robe, because if it was a dress I would be embarresed cause my highest level character is a FOmar,and a guy wearing a dress isnt right :S

but i changed my costume once and i noticed that some look like dresses, and i know that robes have a thing down the middle that keeps together, like a bath robe

Mine looks awesome, I choose the black one on the first row so it doesn't look like a dress, also, I raise the height on mine so it doesn't drag the ground so mine really DOES look like a robe like it's supposed to.
