If you're looking for air runes, buy an air staff. It should be around er... 1k?
If you're wondering, a staff makes up for infinate amounts of that element's runes.
I'm sure you can find out how to get the money to buy it yourself.
Newbie's Information: The staff shop is in Varrok, a side I "think" is west, close to a bank. It's right next to the Market area. That place is overpopulated.

Besides, not a lot of people need Air Staffs. I dumped one of mine a month ago.
