nothing is completely random. when you roll dice the number you get is based on the way you threw the dice, it isn't random. in that way also, if a enemy drops its rad box or not is based on programs on the game disk, it isn't random.

dude its programmed to be random and u cant tell whatcha gunna get by rolling the die cuz its just dont work that way

The rolling the dice thing is true mind you. Same with flipping a coin, if u flip a coin the same way, the same height, the same speed you will always get the same result. Believe me this takes alot of practice.
