if you're using the psycho wand and you cast resta do you take damage still? i know it would still drain half the tp but does it take the hp, before or after resta is casted?

No seriously, I DID find it in the normal mines with my FOnewearl at level 11... There's no way I cold be up to hard at that level, I'd need to be at least 15. Seriously, I did find it in Normal, though maybe not the mines.

no, on normal evry monster has a rare just like the other modes they just have a low drop rate...
and if Mikaelus doent remember if it was in mines or not... asking what monster wouldnt help much...
