Sonic issues. - Faulkie - 13-01-2005 There is no temptation for me, it would make the game seriously unfun. Honestly.
Sonic issues. - Anti Hacker - 13-01-2005 Well at least an ASCII cna protect you from FSOD, thats the reason i got it! I have never cheated on PSO, and i doubt i ever will... If you have to cheat to get fun out of an old game (and limited fun at that) then its tim for a new game! If your listening ST, its time for PSU! Sonic issues. - Faulkie - 13-01-2005 Heh, it's sad that people dish out the £5.99, and then cheat. Sonic issues. - Anti Hacker - 13-01-2005 I told Manak exactly that, ah well, at least he agreed

If you have to cheat to get fun out of an old game (and limited fun at that) then its tim for a new game! If your listening ST, its time for PSU!how can the ascii protect you from FSOD...? Sonic issues. - Anti Hacker - 13-01-2005 There is a key on it that lets you speak in either english or japanese from either english or japanese mode. This is not a present function on the Powerboard. This means you can play in Japanese mode yet talk to others in english. If you play from Japanese mode, the FSOD glitch cannot affect you. Technically you could play from Japanese mode with no keyboard at all, but you would have to play with Japanese people and you yourself may lack the language skills to communicate properly with those around you.
Sonic issues. - Phantom_RAcast - 13-01-2005 you can switch to talking to english in JP mode with a powerboard too, and some people can FSOD you in JP Sonic issues. - Anti Hacker - 13-01-2005 I have found no wa to use a powerboard to talk in English from JP mode, and yes it is true the lobby nuke code can still catch you out... I still believe only ASCII can allow you to effectively use language switching to your advantage
Sonic issues. - Phantom_RAcast - 13-01-2005 the button below the esc key changes it, and the FIXED:RECOMMEND FSOD can still get you too Sonic issues. - Anti Hacker - 13-01-2005 Is that so? i'll take your word for it, but i still have no idea what the "FIXED Reccomend FSOD" is... surely FSOD isnt reccomended to anyone? lol
