I don't know what in the hell your thinking calling PSO futuristic D&D because it's not. Don't get me wrong, D&D is not a bad game I actually like it; but D&D and PSO are TOTALLY different. They can't be compared, because they are totally different playing experiences.

I'm not saying the game experience is the same... duh I know that... nothing is like D&D cuz it's so open ended and you can do almost anything... I'm just saying it has classes... ranger, hunter, and force, much like d&d's classes system only simplified. And the stats and what not are a lot alike, with the classes. Also D&D is turned bases and pso is an action rpg... so ya it's totally different, but it has some of the same elements of d&d. I'm not saying they originated or are the same⦠it'll be a long time before any game is just like d&d... if ever. So whatever, think what you want... It was just a fun idea.

well... there is also a D20 modern and a D20 future (and other variations) which is D&D set in now times (or future) which is alot like pso apart from D&Ds random and open endedness.
