elysion does a level 6 foie, hildebear's cane does one that's lv 8-12ish and varies with each hit.
suppressed gun is a good (and cool) handgun, so i would trade for that, Logan, if you can't get it on your own.

Get a HildeBLUE's Cane... it uses a low-level Gibarta which gives the special attack a useful quality (not only for the freezing, but useful if you don't have an ice technique on your quick-use buttons; good for melee or combo forces).

The S Rank10 ATP stronger once grinded, meaning if you can get a Red Handgun but got a S Rank Gun out of all S Ranks, you made a pretty big mistake.

Yes, the only advantage to getting an S-Rank Gun, I think, is the ability to choose its special (the Red Handgun has a sucky special). If you're a ranger, definitely choose a rifle, mech or shot.

You can get S Ranls in Challenge offline right in Multi? The Red Handgun does Temptest, a bad zonde.
