Fire Emblem on GameCube - Deity - 06-06-2005
Has anyone saw the preview of Fire Emblem on Cinematech? To tell the truth at first I was psyched about this game. Then I saw the preview and now I'm not so sure. Maybe it's just me but the battle system looks extremely... how do I put this... bland is really the only word I can think of. I hope I'm wrong though because I really want this game to turn out good.

i love marth, not in a gay way of course but are you sure it will come out for the gamecube? the revelution is coming soon so they might decide to release it on that instead

@ Sesshoumaru: Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance is definitely to be released on Gamecube.
@Deity: Agreed with regards to the battle style (Pegasus Knight attack looks under-done compared to the GBA versions), but keep in mind that: 1) None of us (Save possibly AERO) have seen the actual game graphics, we're just seeing recordings of them, which appear to have a very poor light source (From what I've seen of IGN's movies), and 2) This is only Intelligent Systems' first foray, I believe, in releasing a strategy game like FE onto a 3D platform, so there will be issues like animation which won't be particularly well covered.
