love rappy temple-7/8 chance of a twin pyscoguns(pipe)
dragon forest boss- 1/21 chance of a musahi(do ttf till dragon pipe then restart after killing it)(thats if you have online)

Trust me, you can get them too, once you get your characters into higher difficulties. The rares will start dropping like rain in a monsoon.

soooo......... the hard difficuty gives you not much good weapons, but very hard gives you more of a selection of good weapons?

akiko's frying pan is actually a very good weapon. it would be a great one for someone of your character's level who can use it! do you know how to get it?

yes. It's very easy to get. Doing every mission to do it is a real pain.....
