Energy is the force which animates matter, in any way shape or form. It probably also animates anti-matter, but not dark matter. Dark matter is non-reactive to everything since it has already reached the optimum state of stability in which matter and anti matter may combine and cancel each other out (leaving dark matter).

the force is heat- its impossible to go to 0 degrees kelvin or have no energy- as the energy required to move the heat elsewhere (thats what cooling is, the removal of energy) is wasted in the form of heat,sound, light, etc etc and so the total removal of energy is also impossible (as energy is also heat) the heat affects matter because as it gets hotter, the atoms gain energy (
), becoming more animated and eventually they become so animated they break out of the bonds that surround them (i.e- turn from solid into liquid)and anyway, if energy is the force wich animates matter then the force that animates matter is energy so that force is energy. its like saying 'i have some water here, and im going to break it down into hydrogen and oxygen. now im going to get rid of the hydrogen and break down the oxygen further' its impossible- sometimes you just have to accept things as they are, such as light behaves as a particle and as a wave. why? i have no idea, but i know its true. i have no idea how and why energy affects matter, but it does so im cool. your saying 'i know that when put a burning stick in a large bowl of hydrogen it'll go boom, i have seen the evidence, i know its going to happen but im still going to be obtuse and ask why anyway, despite the fact there isnt a reason'
if you think im wrong, why does the hydrogen explode when you put a spark/flame near it?

Hydrogen will explode when there's a flame because the flame provides heat, and some of the hydrogen molecules (H subscript 2) change into lots of 2 hydrogen atoms (2H), which react with oxygen molecules in the air and release energy. What's energy?
Strictly, Force is not heat. Heat's energy; force isn't energy.
