New Web Game: Phantasy Star Online Indocron - Teh EkwEE - 28-02-2006 This thread needs to be closed, it's advertising. I don't want to be a dick but the rules state that any advertising is in order for a warning, as this guys post was autoed most likely (There's no way a forumer wrote even in that semi-elequated speech) I suggest banning this guy since he's got, like one post.....That's blatant advertising. Some leniency could be given to a member who had more than 30 posts as they would have been here for a while. Again, I suggest banning as per forum rules. New Web Game: Phantasy Star Online Indocron - whiteninja - 28-02-2006 Teh EkwEE Wrote:I don't want to be a dick.Soooo... you want to be... What? This guy made a great contribution to PSO, especially for people stuck offline, and when he tries to tell us about it, you want him to shut up. Well, how else would anyone ever know unless he told us? New Web Game: Phantasy Star Online Indocron - MarioVet - 28-02-2006 I think if there must be a consequence he should only recieve 1 warning. The rules don't state anything about being banned if they are not well-known. And i believe the rules apply to everyone; whether you're small like a hamster or big like a guniea pig! New Web Game: Phantasy Star Online Indocron - Fabo Craven - 28-02-2006 =O so if Kef advertised, he would then be banned? I think that rules really only applies when the advertising isnt justified tin the area(PSO game goes in PSO forum..) if someone were to be like Quote:join the forums RUnescapeSucks.com and be a part of our 1 members!^that is bad advertising, but this is great advertising(i even posted it on alot of other forums XD New Web Game: Phantasy Star Online Indocron - jarl - 28-02-2006 Teh EkwEE Wrote:I don't want to be a dick [A.S mode] O RLY??? [/A.S mode] dude, thats a really stupid thing to say... he's made a great contribution, its totally on topic so you can go shoove your politically correct and law abiding alter-ego up your ass. meanwhile, we'll use a little common sense sorry about that, i hate people that jump into things without using common sense... why is it called common sense? no-one has any! New Web Game: Phantasy Star Online Indocron - Forge - 28-02-2006 According to the rules, yes this is advertising, but there's a reason why we have human moderators rather than machines. Humans can make decisions. Teh EkwEE, do you think that this is a bad thing? Can the rules not be bent at times??? |
