Well since only Hunters really need to worry about dying I don't think many people would've kept scape dolls on hand.
And even the Hunters wouldn't have any cause there was nothing around that would kill them, at the time all the monsters were like, chill and friendly.

no.. iof it was like that then the scape doll sellers would've been like 'buy 1 get 2 free' so everyone wouldve gone 'OMG!! GUD D3AL LOLZ!' and bought a load so they would have had scapes on them

Why isn't there any left? You can clearly see Falz perform a blast within a blast there, so it's obvious that his second blast contains an easy to spread and contained version of Cillit Bang which removes blood and stains from any surface - Bang! And the dirt is gone

I think the people on Pioneer 1 had a big nuke. And they tried to Nuke Falz.
He didn't like it... so he made all the monsters attack Pioneer 2 people. Simple. :O
