PSU Closed Beta - Kitsadoodles - 23-04-2006 Orphen, don't be a completely correct party-pooper! its not very nice! tell Billy you're sorry! and yeah, the dark crystals are totally the cause of it. PSU Closed Beta - Lee-yoshi - 23-04-2006 The current release date for both Europe & America are Autumn 2006 as the companies (SEGA of Europe & SEGA America) are planning a simultaneous release for the title on all 3 consoles If there is a delay, it's likely that the delay will be for both America & Europe so that they still release around the sametime - They're getting it right at last ^_^Don't you just love those kinda companies?

PSU Closed Beta - Kitsadoodles - 23-04-2006 hopefully, there WILL be no delay, and we will all be happy in fall 2006! and we'll all be playing and we'll praise ST instead of making fun of their funky release dates! PSU Closed Beta - Orphen - 24-04-2006 Usually when Sega has a solid release date set, they stick to it. Then again, it takes them about 2 years to get one of those even. I guess if it were an online game like PSU, international release would matter to me...somewhat. PSU Closed Beta - Kitsadoodles - 24-04-2006 yeah, that is true. if it doesn'y come out at the same time for everyone, then somebody will be a higher level than you! no fair! PSU Closed Beta - Orphen - 24-04-2006 Well then, that would rule out the Japanese instantaneously. PSU Closed Beta - NthoozD - 24-04-2006 Will the U.S servers even be connected to the EU servers? Is this possible?? And I'm pretty sure people won't be too upset about other people being higher lvls when the game drops in their region. I know I won't!

If what you mean by "connected" you mean that people from US, UK, and JP will be able to travel to eachother's servers, I am sure that will be the case. I don't know anything about the server system. It might be possible, much like FFXI, that there are a number of servers in which a bunch of people from all over the world simply horde on in regardless of country. Then again, that would also mean that if you had a friend in another server, you would need to make a new character with a world pass...maybe not. That was always the only disappointing thing about FFXI. So..I wouldn't know about the server situations. Maybe it'll just be like PSO..although I forgot the multiplayer online options, so they might reformat it to suit whatever situation they'll be up to then. I don't think they'll be "connected" granted it takes a bit more bandwidth to connect to a server in another country than one near you. PSU Closed Beta - NthoozD - 24-04-2006 Thx. (probably the closest I'll ever come to understanding all this computer banter)-"AHHH! What was that thing that just went completely over my head?" I said -"O! It was computer banter." Some random person said -"NOT AGAAAIIIIIIINNNNNNN!!!!!!!!" I say. But thanks Orphen i actually understood that, and for ME that is a major feat! |
