All done with a 65# bar, for time...
- 10x[6 lunges followed by 3 shoulder presses]
- 10x[6 lunges followed by 3 push-presses]
- 10x[6 lunges followed by 3 push-jerks]
- 10x[6 lunges followed by 3 overhead squats]
Time: 29:53
That is, a total of 240 lunges, 30 SP, 30 PP, 30 PJ, 30 OHS.

I just got onto V hard last night, and did a quick forest run (V Hard forest is just like hard Ruins really, anyone agree?) up to the dragon, the only good thing i found (which was in the last room!!!!) was a mind mat, only my second one yet!!

all i found today was a second supressed gun ><, but i also beat ult mines =D now playing the ruins for a spread needle, a baranz in ep 2 spaceship dropped a red box, it was a photon drop, i was talking with my friend when it happened, i freaked at first thinking it was a panzer faust, then yelled like mad when it was a PD and swore like crazy

I mean in difficulty, well, for me the booma's take 3 foie's, and on V Hard forest the deminions take 3, so it is simmiler. And there wasnt a hell of alot of creatures aswell.
