They set it to 0...not sure why. They planned to release it online in the future, however many hackers found ways to obtain it, and there was a point in time most people online had at least one of the dark weapons, as well as some of the unreleased rings, claiming some legitimate reason to obtaining it.

And with 100 luck, criticals are more like...40-50%
