Technically both Control Towers are available offline... but only if you are using Phantasy Star Online Plus. Once you finish Episode 2 you can beat the quest "Seat of the Heart" to unlock the two Control Tower missions.

If you don't use PSO+... no offline towers for you. =P

I should probably get Plus, but I never really saw much reason to, since most of my time was online anyway. Never did get to finishing SotH.
Hm...ultimate dumbed down Ill Gills.

Yes, I wonder why pink didn't bitch over this one being off topic.
I think all that needs to be said on "Gi Gues Body" has already been said.
Ultimate Gi Gue, go online and do the episode 2 seaside quest for an abundance of them, as long as you're not skyly.

Gie Gue's body - Orphen - 21-02-2007

It won't be erased, most likely just locked. Any further posting would just be off topic.
Unless you want to talk about the anatomy of a Gi gue.

Gie Gue's body - pink - 21-02-2007

*shrugs* I left it alone since it was at least discussing the quests involving lots of Gi-Gue... which in turn makes hunting the body easier... but I'll take the suggestion... =>.>=

*locks it anyway*
