ok answer me this. What was the best sonic game ever. Is it the original game which set a trend and put sega at the forefront of gaming or the most recent which has wicked graphics etc....?

I guess it's continued success of many brilliant games rather than just a single title, although I think the 2-D method was by far the better. Still the 3-D versions are still good, although going downhill a bit. :|
